Kosse Homecoming is packed with a variety of activities that guarantee fun for all ages. Join the Parade at 10:00AM on Sat morning as we honor our military, try your luck at Friday night Bingo, compete in cornhole and horseshoes at GameDay, and enjoy a great time at the Fire Department Fish Fry and Auction. Homecoming is capped off by the annual Street Dance in downtown Kosse.

Homecoming Bingo
The Community Center will host a fun evening of Homecoming Bonus Bingo at 6:00PM-8:00PM on Friday June 9th. Enjoy bonus cash prizes, exciting raffles and door prizes along with great concessions.
Kosse Greyhound 5K Run/Walk:
Embark on the 16th annual Kosse Greyhound 5K Run/Walk at the picturesque Kosse City Park on Saturday, June 10th, at 7:30 AM. Runners and walkers of all ages are invited. Professional chip timing and a registered course. Participants will receive commemorative T-shirts, medals, and refreshing refreshments. Homecoming BBQ Cookoff:
Calling all barbecue competitors! Show off your culinary prowess at the Kosse Homecoming BBQ Cookoff taking place on June 9th and 10th. Kosse Volunteer Fire Dept Fish Fry & Silent Auction
Fundraising efforts have officially commenced for the construction of a new Fire Station on Hwy 14 just south of Hwy 339. The dedicated members of the Kosse Volunteer Fire Department (KVFD) are thrilled to announce their upcoming event, the Kosse Volunteer Fire Dept Fish Fry & Silent Auction on Saturday, June 10th, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Kosse Community Center.
For just $12, you can enjoy a great meal while supporting the KVFD. In addition to the tasty lunch, there will also be an impressive Silent Auction. Participants will have the chance to bid on a range of outstanding items generously donated by local businesses and community members.
The Kosse Volunteer Fire Department is a dedicated group of selfless individuals who provide essential fire, accident, and medical emergency response services to the area. Committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of the residents, the KVFD is actively engaged in fundraising initiatives to support the needs of the department and the construction of a new Fire Station for enhanced emergency services.

Get ready for an unforgettable night of music with three incredible bands, each showcasing different styles of country music. Experience the electric Texas Swing dance music as Bob Wills’ Texas Playboys under the direction of Jason Roberts, kick off their 90th Anniversary Tour right here in Kosse, the birthplace of Bob Wills.
Nashville favorite James Carothers will grace the stage, captivating the audience with his traditional honky-tonk tunes and remarkable renditions of country music classics.
